The 4,000 acres to be restored and preserved is owned by Floraland Dairy Inc. Floraland has owned and operated the property for over 50 years, and is the sponsor of the Panther Passage Conservation Bank that shall provide the critical linkage to this conservation puzzle.
Panther Island, FL

The fully restored Panther Island lands will be preserved in perpetuity through a conservation easement and a long-term steward-ship trust fund which will be managed by Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and owned by The National Audubon Society.

The Legacy Farms Stream Bank site is located in Jones County, Georgia. The mitigation bank incorporates approximately 206.79 acres of riparian forest and approximately 23,416 linear feet of stream channel/riparian buffer.

The 635 acre Corkscrew Regional Mitigation Bank is owned by South Florida Water Management District.
Chicopee Woods, GA

Chicopee Woods Stream Bank (Chicopee) is approximately 1,591 acres on the southeastern bank of the Ocmulgee River. It is located contiguous with the Horse Creek Wildlife Management Area to the north, and the Broxton Rocks Preserve to the south.
Pembroke Pines, FL

The Wetlandsbank Company has completed the restoration and enhancement of 450 acres of degraded wetlands owned by the City of Pembroke Pines, producing a diverse, multi-habitat ecosystem.
Little Pine Island, FL
